There are systematical studies dedicated to explore the Nietzschean critique of metaphysics and subjectivity; or, on another level, works that aim at examining his proposition of an <em>amor fati <\/em>ethics or the experimental character of his philosophy. But there are also more detailed studies, as those devoted to the question of authorship in <em>Ecce Homo<\/em>, the problem of civilization in <em>The Antichrist<\/em>, the role of eternal recurrence, as well as the notions of time and distinct aspects of the tragic. Problems emerged within political philosophy have also been appreciated, like the conceptual turning point required to rethink the very idea of democracy, as well as questions related to the theory of knowledge, as the notions of causality, the perspectivism or different conceptions of truth within Nietzschean philosophy. Some cultural themes received equally attention, like Nietzschean diagnosis of nihilism or his evaluation of modernity, or even of education and the formative development, in addition to other themes concerning the critique of religion, such as his attacks on ascetic ideal or his fight against Christianity. There are also works, which investigate the relations between culture and biology within his writings and others that aim at investigating the connection between his thought and German culture in the 19<sup>th<\/sup> century. Still with regard to the relation between culture and philosophy, CENEBRA (Nietzsche Study Centre: Reception in Brazil \/ Unifesp), a study group associated with GEN, is engaged in investigations about the reception of Nietzschean thought in Brazil since the end of the19<sup>th<\/sup> century.<\/p>\n<p>Moving from the stringent critique of values to positive philosophy, from the analysis of conceptual schemes to Nietzsche\u2019s insertion into the history of philosophy, the members of GEN, in line with different approaches and adopting varied perspectives, had and still have the opportunity to continually discuss their positions.
